Talking Tales - 11th Feb 2020

The first Talking Tales of the year is soon upon us and I am hosting this one - a huge pleasure.

When: 11th February 2020 - doors 630 start 7pm

Who: brought to you by Stokes Croft Writers but featuring you - a writer-performer, a poet or a discerning listener

So you know me by now, I want stories to make me laugh and to make my heart burst. I want the unexpected, the stuff that will draw gasps from the crowd, the tales that will cause you to combust with lustful intent or melt with admiration. Surprise me!

All you have to do is write something epic - around 10 minutes long or less - and submit to stokescroftwriters@gmail.com by Saturday 1st Feb.

In fact, you don't even need to do that - just come along and listen and be amazed at the talents we always have on offer. And if you want details of more events, including those in Bristol and beyond, an e-mail will get you onto our mailing list and some links to similar events across the South West.
